Description
As part of the UX certification program through Google, I was given a brief where I was tasked with creating a music app that has cross platform functionality with a community driven-social sharing aspect. Here's what I was able to create.

I conducted user persona research to better understand potential users for the app. This included defining user demographics, motivations, pain points, and ideal solutions based on hypothetical but realistic personas. But before conducting the research, I assumed that users primarily wanted a more social way to share and discover music. I knew that existing streaming platforms already fulfilled most sharing needs, but I thought users might want cross-platform integration too. So, after developing the personas, I found that users wanted meaningful discussions, playlist collaborations, and even a “mixtape” feel to sharing music. These discoveries helped in a major way to creating this app.
